Multi-show prep

This month, especially the upcoming night of June 27th, is a busy one.  My designs have been booked in two events on the same night in two different states. Although I have had back to back events before I’ve never had two events in the same night at the same time.

Two different ENAMOUR collections will be shown in Boston at the State Room for the  Catwalk for  BMC Cancer Care event and in Newport, Rhode Island at the Belle Mer for the annual Give and Glam event.

The Boston Medical Center event will showcase five designs from the “Life of the Party Collection” along with custom-made designs for the wonderful cancer survivors featured in this year’s show.

The Give and Glam event will feature designs from my most recent “T & L Collection”.  All designs featured at this event are a preview to a show in September entitled “Artist’s Closet” where my full “T & L Collection will be on display.

This experience has been a great one, it has helped me to learn to prioritize and balance multiple details like models, line-ups, accessories, designs choices, and fitting dates. Once a system is put in place, it does become easier. I can confidently say this double booking has helped me for the future to no longer worry about the date shows fall on and if there will be a conflict,  instead I can focus on exposure and growth for ENAMOUR.
